 Technology and Mechanism
Both the Foreo Bear devices and Evertone Everlift work based on microcurrent to stimulate the skin and muscles.

  The Evertone Everlift emits up to 350 microamps, an evidence-based level of intensity that’s ideal for actively stimulating the skin without pain. Users can adjust the treatment intensity, as well, based on how each level feels on their skin.

  Foreo’s Bear 2 is marketed as the most powerful microcurrent device in the world, emitting up to 680 microamps, while the Bear 2 go can emit up to 550 microamps. Many users mention that on these high settings, they can actually notice visible muscle contractions while using either device.

  At such a high level of intensity, it’s also possible to feel some discomfort during the treatment, although the Bear’s anti-shock system helps prevent skin damage. That said, whether the higher intensity corresponds with better results is also debatable - research shows that once a device surpasses 500 microamps, its level of beneficial stimulation actually decreases.

  Ease of Use

   That’s actually all you have to do to use the Everlift. It has an easy to grip body, and using it is a simple matter of making sure it’s fully charged, and then turning it on.

  Before you can use one of the Foreo Bear devices, you first have to activate it using Foreo’s app, which means also having to download it. Then, you can choose from several intensity settings on the device, as well as additional options via the app.

   Design and Appearance
 The Evertone microcurrent device is made of smooth plastic, in a very ergonomic, easy-to-hold shape. You can grip it easily in the palm of your hand while treating the face with the metal nodes on the top.

  Foreo’s devices are flashier with a very eye-catching, colorful design. Both have a round base for holding, with metal nodes on top. While the design is quite attractive, the rounded shape doesn’t fit as neatly in the hands, so they’re a little less comfortable to hold. Most users find that the small Bear 2 go has the better grip, although it does have significantly smaller treatment nodes.

  Cost
 When buying beauty devices, it’s important to consider the costs and how much you’re willing to spend. Evertone is definitely the more affordable brand - the Everlift retails for as little as $99. Both the Foreo Bear and the Bear 2 go are pricier. The Bear retails for $329, which is more than three times the cost of the Everlift.
