What is the 100-Day Free Trial Period?

The 100-Day Free Trial Period is a limited promotion that offers you 100 days to try our products, and in case you are not satisfied, you may return them for FREE!

After the 100-Day Free Trial Period, we no longer accept returns.

To be eligible for a return,
You must return our products before the 100-day period ends.
You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is accepted,
We’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us must first request a return to be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exchange Policy

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refund Policy

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. You'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within ten business days if approved.

Please remember that your bank or credit card company can process and post the refund.
