3. How many light colors can I use in one day?
You can use as many as you would like, but we recommend sticking to 1-3 colors that would address your personal skin concerns. Use each for 10 minutes a day.
4. The mask is uncomfortable. Any advice?
Our mask is made from high-quality, durable materials designed to last a lifetime, which may contribute to its weightiness at times. If you find it heavy, we recommend starting with the face piece alone. Once acclimated, you can incorporate the neck piece. For added comfort around the nose and eye area, place a small rolled-up washcloth for extra cushioning.
Pro Tip: Select a comfortable seating or lying position using a few pillows for support. Lying down or reclining at an angle allows the prongs to rest comfortably on your face. If the prongs don’t reach the sides of your face, gently turn your head to one side for 5 minutes, then to the other for 5 minutes.
5. What is the flashing mode?
The flashing mode is an option for those with more sensitive skin.

Our device produces 350 microamps.
How does a microcurrent tool work?
Our Microcurrent Device works instantly and also over time. The microcurrents help tighten the facial muscles that gives a more toned, youthful appearance to the skin.
Do I qualify to use a microcurrent device?
We do not recommend using if: pregnant, nursing, are diabetic, have a pacemaker or have metal implants or fillings. If you have any underlying health conditions, please consult with a physician before use.

1. Is the InfraWave safe for me?
The InfraWave is safe for all skin types and tones. It's perfect for people with hyperpigmentation, acne, dark spots, age spots, wrinkles and fine lines. We do not recommend using during pregnancy or nursing.
2. How do I turn the wand on?
The wand is sensetive to the touch of skin. Once it makes contact with your skin, it will automatically activate.
3. What are the wavelenghts of the Red Light?
660 nanometers.
4. Do I need to use the Everglow Activating Serum with it?
Yes, you will need to use a waterbased serum with your red light wand. It will activate the electrical currents and also allow the device to glide.

2. Can I use this as a hydrating serum on its own?
Yes, the serum is formulated with hydrating ingredients like aloe vera and hyaluronic acid and make sa perfect daily hydrating serum.

4. Why is it pink? Are there pigments or dyes?
There are no dyes or synthetic pigments. It's pink due to the beet and raddish root in the formula.
